I love Bill’s. Been going here for years and I have never been disappointed. It’s very large and busy so it’s not a relaxing place to sit but if you’re looking for a lively atmosphere and really good food then I highly recommend this place.
Simply great! Popped in for breakfast on Saturday morning and it was brilliant! Soothing atmosphere, lovely music! The quality, the taste, the service! Tom made sure we had everything we needed. Very polite, smiley, checked on us few times as well. Very helpful when we asked how to book a Christmas meal too! Thank you!
Lovely place with tasty bites and fresh design. It was quite easy to find a table for 2 persons. We tried the 8oz CHARGRILLED RUMP STEAK and it was delicious. The service was super friendly and quite fast. Also the IPA beer was super!
We came in for a friend’s birthday and the overall experience was quite lovely! We all ordered the bottomless pancakes and the variety was lovely, there were dubai chocolate, berries and cream, biscoff, streaky bacon and finally triple chocolate pancakes. My personal favourite was the berries and cream as the berries were quite tart and to my taste. Me and my friend also very much liked the coconut matcha latte! The service was lovely as well, very attentive. Our server Liam especially, he was very nice and our group enjoyed his service!
I popped in for brunch and honestly, it was amazing! The Bottomless Berry Pancakes were the best I've ever had, and the Bills Brunch was just lovely and hit the spot. Plus, that latte was perfect – seriously, every sip was bliss. The service was spot-on and the place was super clean, making for a top-notch atmosphere. I left feeling really happy and can't wait to return!
I went with a big team so we ordered in advance. The food was hit and miss but mine was really good! Staff were lovely too. The soup starter was so delicious, would have loved if it came with bread though. I got the watermelon and feta salad which was huge! Really great though, super fresh and filling. Dessert was cinnamon donuts with chocolate dip. The chocolate wasn't great quality but the doughnuts were super soft and warm and delicious! I'd avoid the pasta dishes as a bit underwhelming. Caters for vegans. I'd definitely go again.
A 10 minute walk away from the seafront and close to The Royal Pavilion you will find Bills. First time here, the experience was excellent. Firstly, the design is very impressive with downstairs seating and also the mezzanine above. Lovely ambience and very attentive and friendly staff. The food was excellent and of a very high standard. They provide a set meal or main menu selection so there is something for everyone. This is one of the best restaurants in Brighton for value, food quality and excellent service and atmosphere. We’ll worth a visit!
Everyone was so lovely from when we arrived to leaving! Nothing was too much trouble to them even with seating a table of 6 with no booking. A special mention to Lisa who was super helpful in looking after us all. The food was so tasty and there was something for everyone in our group. Would highly recommend if you’re about this area.
My friends and I enjoyed a lovely brunch here on a chilly Sunday morning. We had booked online and were pleased to do so as the restaurant was full throughout the meal. I ordered a cocktail and although it was delicious, I had to slip it very slowly as there was only about a mouthful in the glass at the cost of £7. We ordered our food and it came in good time. The meal was very tasty and the poached eggs were cooked to perfection! Still, I felt it was a little over priced for £13. My friend ordered the banana smoothie which she wasn't aware contained a shot of espresso. She took one slip and hated it. After we received the bill we asked the server if he could remove this item and he was very kind and did so without any hesitation! I liked the decor and atmosphere of the restaurant and would come again. The staff were lovely and all said goodbye on our way out of the restaurant.
