   What a terrific meal! We were a party of 5 with reservation, yet they seated us with no fuss. We started with soup, the courgette fritters and haloumi, all delicious. The lamb, especially the kashlik, in everyone's dish was absolutely perfectly cooked and seasoned, succulent, and delicious. The garlic yogurt sauce was a good complement to it. While we are only tourist in town fud the weekend, if this restaurant was in my home town if San Francisco, we'd get back here every week! A+, highly recommend.

   Ephesus in Brighton is a fantastic spot for authentic Turkish food! The dishes are fresh and full of flavor, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The cozy atmosphere makes it perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. Highly recommend the mixed grill and their homemade bread.

   The food was absolutely outstanding! Definitely the best Turkish restaurant I’ve visited in Brighton! The staff were extremely helpful and made sure everything was hitting the standards they are going for! Interior is beautiful, feels very welcoming and great overall! Credit to the staff as all round it was fantastic! Will definitely be visiting again plenty of times! My new spot for Turkish food in Brighton!

   High quality food (the grill is probably the best we ever had) and professional staff. What more could you ask for? The restaurant is clean and they do care about your comfort and experience (we are sitting next to the door and have been ask couple times if we want them to close the door so we won’t feel cold, the opened it to ventilate the place.
