   We had very high hopes for this place but were disappointed. It has a nice view, but food is where they lack. First of all we were waiting about 45 minutes after we ordered, then I went to ask if they got my order, just to make sure, and after I reminded them about our order it came after about 5 minutes but the burger and fries were almost completely cold, so I’m guessing the food was made on time but was forgotten about by staff. Aperol you could tell was diluted with water, and the glass was dirty. They have some nice seating areas inside though and massive toilet facilities due to the fact that they’re right next to the i360 thingy.

   This is a good place for meals on the sea front at Brighton with good views out across the sea towards the ruined West Pier. The staff are friendly and helpful and prices are reasonable. The menu provides a good range for all tastes and when served, is well presented and tasty. The restaurant itself is comfortable and toilets in the adjoining i360 gift shop clean and well maintained.

   We held our winter micro wedding at the West Beach Cafe and it was an absolutely magical day. The venue was perfect, just the right size for the 20 guests. The team at the West Beach Cafe were amazing, so attentive and professional. They decked out the cafe in beautiful decorations and set everything up beautifully for us so when we arrived everything it all looked perfect and everything was in place for the guests. Really glad we held our wedding there, thank you. X

   Good but slow service, polite and helpful staffs, but not a great ambience. However, outside seating provide better atmosphere in good and sunny weather.

   Good but slow service, polite and helpful staffs, but not a great ambience. However, outside seating provide better atmosphere in good and sunny weather. The toilets are in a pit shape and some fittings have been ripped out of the walls but never replaced. Food is reasonably priced but the menu is limited for choice.

   Most terrible experience. We have ordered our food but order didn’t go through then the other waitress came to take order. Orders came after 30min. We have ordered mini pizza for my toddler. Instead of pizza they brought bread with tomato paste on it. I have ordered classic chicken cesar salad. It was written on the menu as a “classic chicken cesar” not chicken bacon. But came with bacon no cherries at all. And lettuce was not washed. Go there just for drinks. Food is awful

   Deliciously filling food. Although for the salad, nice to have the wild rice but felt would work well warm among the other veg and especially with the salmon. Pork belly was a great recommendation. Both were very filling for a reasonable price. However, the 3 of 5 stars was due to the sticky table. We definitely saw them cleaning but either that the cleaning product isn’t up to scratch or the staff isn’t using elbow grease. The worse thing to be remembered by is “sticky tables” and not “great food”. Hope to see some change before next visit. Despite this the staff who were working that day seemed to be attentive, quick and friendly.

   Dunno what all the others are complaining about. Very nice vegan and non-vegan food well presented, quite cheap, unbeatable views and chilled vibe. Absolutely perfect for a nice meal and drink on the beach. Spectacular views. Will happily come again.
