This place is a favourite of mine and without fail every time I am in Brighton I make a B-line for this place. You are always welcome with a smile by a familiar face and a great atmosphere. Their food menu is small, but is well priced and presented every time. But of course the hero is their cocktails and boy you are in for a treat. I am partial to a MaiTai which isn’t on their menu but they do make a killer drink. Needless to say many of their other drinks likewise on point.

What a gorgeous place and amazing service!! Stefan was absolutely wonderful and I’m looking forward to visiting again! The most amazing, delicious cocktail I’ve tasted was created by one of the staff and I highly recommend it!! It’s made with lavender (I forgot the name now - but the staff will know which cocktail it is) Oh let me mention the sticky toffee pudding… (I’m not really a fan) but this is not your average sticky toffee pudding!! I tell you - go and try it! Its decadent!! The food!! Wow! Thank You all for a great time!!

Was looking forward to trying a cocktail in this lavishly decorated bar. Very busy on a Saturday early evening, which is great. The door chap was super friendly and they found us a nice table. Unfortunately we waited a very long time for our drinks and didn’t get given any water to keep us going. Bar team were kept pretty busy but not frantic. We were a wee bit disappointed by our cocktails: just fine, nothing special. The Emerald looked great but the Mezcal had just taken over the flavour and the balance wasn’t there. The Bonsai was more successful; the Mandarin leading the way. Looks like a very busy party spot. Maybe we just didn’t experience it at its best and may have not chosen well.

We came to Blossoms in Brighton last night and it was great from walking through the door to sitting down. Drinking cocktails and eating food. The food was incredible. Service was spot on and the cocktails well for someone who doesn’t usually drink they were SO good.

An absolutely amazing venue. The staff are all welcoming and the food is out of this world. Even though they state them as small plates. They are big portions and SO tasty. The best tempura prawns we have ever had and the Dragon Roll was delicious. Unfortunately we only found this place on our last day in Brighton otherwise we would have enjoyed more of the wide range of cocktails. We can’t wait to come back next time we are in town.
