Absolute gem of a place. Lovely homemade food for a good price. Great for vegetarians and vegans. Staff are always friendly and seem to enjoy their work. Overall great atmosphere and 10/10 food.
this is my favourite place to eat in Brighton. the food is soooo so good, coffee incredible, really good prices and the loveliest staff. also they sell Gaza cola and support the fight against political injustices!!!!! couldn’t love this place more!!!
I really love this deli/cafe and, judging by the constant fast moving queue, so do the fair residents of Brighton! I almost religiously grab a chicken wrap to go and it never fails to impress. The food is great, the service is great, and it is all remarkably consistent. I sometimes branch out and grab their really rather good pastries, and they serve those amazing Mexican colas/fruity lemonades. Really can’t recommend it enough and it’s a wonderful choice for a tasty and affordably priced lunch.
The food is amazing and so affordable. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better spread of different salads, dips etc. so tasty!! Only down side is that the lovely girl who took my order was badly spoken to by a guy who was making the food. I believe there was a ticket miscommunication, but there was no need for him to be mean to her. She was amazing!!! Hope she’s okay :)
The smell of this place made us come here for a little coffee and cake, both really good, especially the arabic style coffee. We went for lunch the next day and really enjoyed the lentil soup and vegetarian plate. We also got the pistachio cake which was so moist and so so good.
Good home-made food and cakes at very reasonable prices. A very popular cafe so you may have to queue at peak times but not for long as the staff are very efficient.
Absolutely wonderful visit for lunch after recommendations from Google. We had the lentil soup, it came served with toasted ciabatta which had a spice mix on. How do they make soup taste like that?! So well seasoned, vegan but so creamy. Really good size not too much but filling, good for a light lunch. The mezze looked amazing, was sad we couldn’t come back the next day to try it. Lovely friendly staff also.
Absolutely top tier. Lovely staff, great fresh food and some of the best prices in town. Perfect for a healthy kick to revitalize after a few days of drinking and fast food.
The staff are lovely and the food is so yummy! This was my 3rd time visiting this place & my 2nd time ordering the vegetarian meze! I have also tried the vegetarian halloumi wrap which is also delicious!!! I would recommend this place to anyone, especially to vegetarians & vegans !
