   I have visited this establishment a few times, and while the drinks are decent, they are not exceptional; I have certainly encountered worse options elsewhere. I would advise against ordering decaf coffee, as they utilise bagged coffee, akin to tea bags, resulting in a rather weak flavour. In contrast, their regular coffee is quite good, and beverages like refreshers are particularly enjoyable on warm days. Overall, the experience is satisfactory.

   A while back I ordered a drink with soya milk and the lady barista asked me if it was an allergy or a preference and guided me on my order as it was an allergy. She over looked it being prepared and I wish I got her name to give personal praise. More staff need to do this in every costa. So many times I've forgotten to mention its an allergy. Thank goodness its not a life threatening one.

   Yea... I know it is Hove, where I don't live luckily, but it is all very well doing shabby-chic and thinking pink hair and Brightonian/Hovarian wear (*thrice yawn*) makes you a good team to work at a Costa but some of us ain't in there for the show... we want content and service which you don't seem to provide. I don't expect the MANAGERESS, (clue in the word, set an example to her team) to ponce about doing her daily chores and leaving the customer waiting unnecessarily long to get a drink made without even acknowledging the customers waiting... there she was, moving cups about and cleaning... that is what your team should be doing. Won't be returning... suggest you go somewhere else if you want service.
