I'd give 5* if there was a customer service number other than email. I emailed yesterday and not had a rely about my order. This has happened more than once, so I'm starting to loose faith in Kofta, despite being a big fan of the coffee, Cara in the shop in St Giles is awesome, and them some. But the customer service is lacking with online orders.

A real quality specialty coffee. It was busy in here, but the staff ensured the quality didn't drop. Will defo visit here again when I'm next in Norwich.

The best ever banana and peanut butter cookie I have ever tasted! No photo because it was too delicious! Fab coffee, I ordered Americano and it didn’t disappoint. What a gem we have in Upper St Giles Street!

I have to say this is the boujiest feeling coffee shop I’ve ever been into. They made us delicious coffee with a roast unlike anything I’ve ever tasted, super fruity and cacao flavours. New shop in Antigua!? Wish i could’ve checked it out when I was there a month ago! Reasonably no laptops allowed inside so this is more of a posh coffee experience than a casual cafe vibe.

It is the best specialty coffee place you can find anywhere! The coffee is always very carefully chosen for its flavour, so many details that go in preparing you cuppa. Its so much more of an experience than just going for your morning coffee. And the staff are always super friendly, knowledgable and welcoming. Tasty and always fresh cakes ((always vegan options available)) to go with your coffee, its the must place to visit in Norwich

Kofra - coffee shops as they should be. Friendly, atmospheric, attentive staff and well roasted coffee. We’ve visited all Kofra sites and would consider ourselves regulars at USG visiting 3 or 4 times a week.

Excellent staff and coffee, really knowledgeable about the coffee and wines. The atmosphere here is just right, and what a wonderful selection wine. When back in the city will definitely visit again :)

This is the leading speciality mini chain of coffee shops in Norwich. At time of writing there are currently 4 shops in the city. Kofra has been in Norwich for quite a long time, its well established. Good selection of roasted coffee as well on a par with London prices. To sum up, this is the third time I visited kofra and as always the coffee is excellent. Any of their shops is a go to if you want good coffee. 'nuff said!
