We visited for the first time a couple of weeks ago for coffee and cake and it was a lovely place. The staff were friendly and we met the resident cat Pete who was very cute ☺️. The cake was delicious, they had plenty to choose from. The hot chocolate was soooo good.

I really enjoy coming to Urban Jungle. There is such a massive array of plant life from what you'd expect to some more exotic stuff. There is also a really nice little cafe to get a drink and a bite to eat. It's not your standard garden centre affair so I'd definitely recommend checking out if you haven't already!

This is something unique and beautiful. The sound of water is so soothing. They even brought a complementary glass of water with the coffee.

Used to offer delicious lunches, now only cake. The venue remains very attractive and is the nicest place this side of the City. However, the menu is not as tempting which is a real shame. Still the place to go if you want to check out huge koi carp.

It was nice to visit this cafe to experience something a bit different to the norm. However I felt that the experience really didn't live up to the hype generated by the other reviews on here. It cost £24 for two breakfasts and coffees, and I was quite disappointed with the food. My breakfast was served on a side plate, it came preseasoned with salt and pepper and we weren't offered any condiments. If it hasn't cost So much I probably wouldn't have minded but I don't feel the price was justified. Your paying for the novelty of the atmosphere.

So much more than i was expecting. The food was a lot more than just cafe food, freshly prepared and delicious, my pizza was one of the best I've ever had. Loved that we were offered hot water bottles of we wanted them. The place is gorgeous and it's lovely to wander over the bridges and watch the fish, it does feel like a jungle.

The lady on the till was lovely and helpful and the food was awesome. I had a sweet potato curry. (Which I usually don't like) and the cakes was yummy. Just wish I didn't feel like my family was being rushed for a table though because people was standing there staring at us as we waited for a table!
