Charged £7 for a shandy.... I put this on their Facebook page and they removed it then blocked me so don't believe what you read on their Facebook as they don't seem to like the negative reviews.

Sat outside in the lovely weather enjoying the views. A couple of real ales on. Clean toilets. Not an awful lot of parking outside the pub, but there is a free carpark over the road alongside the staithe. Lots of people enjoying themselves.

We always visit this pub on our boat holidays & the food is out of this world the best we ever have at a local pub. The staff are always happy to help. A family and dog friendly pub highly recommended.

Stopped here as we had to get our nieces baby to a@e in Norwich . Landlady called a taxi . Waited with us and gave us some shade and drinks whilst we waited . She was absolutely amazing as was Sara her staff member who offered to take us to the hospital later if we needed to get there . Lovely food as well thank you all so much and so grateful for you help . Overall 100% would stop here when mooring for lunch or evening meal .

Brilliant pub - quality food and decent place to moor and watch the daily happenings of the river. I spent pretty much most of the day here, casually drinking by the river side enjoying the sunshine and talking to many other holiday goers that decided to pay the mooring fee for a spot to moore in Horning. Please note - I would advise phoning ahead and reserving a mooring which will cost you a full £16 for overnight. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I thought the support with mooring was also worthy of note. There was plenty of seating outside, with spaces in sunlight, under shelter or even by rivers edge. There is notably a wasp problem in Horning - it was nice though that this pub were taking measures to limit the impact on customers which I found reassuring. All in all - if you are stopping (either for food or overnight) I would highly recommend this pub. Also the chocolate fudge cake was delicious.

Moored our hire boat at the staithe opposite and walked over for our evening meal. The food was absolutely lovely, a step above normal pub grub. The cheesecake was EPIC, I'm tempted to drive there from Swansea soon just to have it again. Friendly pub, thoroughly recommend.

We visited The New Inn whilst on holiday on The Broads in early October. We had moored on Short Dyke which is about a ten minute walk from the pub, which was just as well given the size of the portions. The menu was not massive and the food typically 'pub grub.' The portions though were generous, at reasonable prices and neither of us could manage a dessert. We found the interior of the pub slightly sterile, lacking in character, but the beer and cheery service made up for that. Yet another definite for when we are back on The Broads.
