   I bought a hose from the Rustington branch last week, this week I got a call saying the sprinkler, which came with the hose, had fallen off and was still in the shop. I had no idea the hose had a sprinkler anyway, but was pleasantly surprised by the phone call, and the chap even organised it that the sprinkler was delivered to the Billingshurst branch for my collection. This was service above and beyond what I would expect, and I even got a call from the Billingshurst branch telling me that the sprinkler had arrived. Thank You Screwfix for reassuring my faith in human nature!

   I went into this store having been to a few of their branches to pick up a couple of items! I approached the counter to a very polite welcoming gentleman ready to serve! This is the first time that I have had such a welcoming reception in one of these stores! He was more than happy to confirm a few questions that I had and nothing seemed to much trouble! I would definitely choose this store over the others that I have shopped in the future!
