I was accused of theft over a £1 item that I had just purchased in front of staff. Despite providing proof of payment, the situation escalated unnecessarily and was humiliating. Additionally, my pronouns were repeatedly ignored after correction. This experience was deeply distressing and reflects a serious lack of staff training.

I tried a salad bar 3 days ago and got food poisoning. I threw up few hours after eating. Had to call in sick to work. Horrible experience. Never buying that again.

Used to absolutely love this shop in Brighton Fresh products, other products that I couldn’t find anywhere else, pleasant staff and cashiers Everything has gone, fridges down since…? The customer is honestly being taken as a fool! What is wrong with the management team of this shop! And please bring back some staff, yes it is more expensive ( even if they probably don’t get pay a lot) but surely I prefer the smile of a person than a machine! But unfortunately it is where we are going!

This store is seriously run down. Today I estimated that 90% of the chiller capacity was dysfunctional. Empty, dirty and emitting a foul odour of rancid food. Some temporary chiller cabinets had been hastily put in front of a few of the inoperative ones, but the selection of chilled food was drastically reduced. If this was a one-off it might be forgivable, but this has happened several times recently. I feel really sorry for the staff having to deal with this situation. One colleague told me that the compressor was 40 years old and consistently breaks down. This is a management failing; not one of the local staff. This is a really busy store and clearly does well for Morrisons. However, if they continue to treat their customers in this way with a run-down store that looks shabby and often leaks-in during rain they will stay away in droves. Close the store for a month for a complete refurbishment Morrisons and it will pay dividends.

Usually a good shop...I hate self service by choice but at 9am on a Friday I had no choice as there wasn't a SINGLE check-out open. On the self service I had to get One thing authorised (beer), had an (erm) unknown item and had a member of staff look in my bag for a Pukka Pie....why can't at least a single Isle be open?....would have been in and out much faster. Looking at all that needed advice etc in my eyes a check-out would have saved everyone time.

Sadly Morrisons is following the same pattern as most businesses these days in chasing profits or efficiency at the expense of customer service. There are hardly ever any staffed tills open and it's clear from the size of the queues for these that people would rather use them and support humans having a job rather than the sterile experience of dealing with a machine. I suspect the main reason the self checkouts here are in use is just that the main queues are so long. It's so depressing. Once I got here too late at night and all the staffed tills were closed which was even more upsetting. Please Morrisons bring back the humans!

Ordered a cookie cake online to be made fresh in store collection 12:30-1:30. I turned up at 12:45, did my shopping and went to ask about the cake at 1PM. Help desk was empty so I had to find someone. Was then told there was an issue with the oven and I’d need to wait another hour. An hour in the cold with a 14 month old was not great as you can imagine, also ruined my timeline. I arrived at the store for 1:50 again searching for a worker. I was then told that they couldn’t see the message I put on it so the bakery staff asked what I had written and said they will quickly do that. I didn’t leave the store until 2:25 by which point my child ended up falling asleep. Cake looks OK but overall disappointing service, similar thing happened to my sister in law who went to pick the cake up but it wasn’t ready. Staff around were nice however wasted a lot of my afternoon eating for this.

I have been shopping there for few years, it used to be okay, but it no longer is, it got pretty bad. No matter at what time you go, the bakery is always either empty or selling the left over from the previous day. The choice of products including fruits, vegetables and fresh food is very limited. Shelves are half empty most of the time. They ruin it.

Finally a supermarket that still has traditional foods I've been used to. Fresh veg in quantities you decide. fresh fruit, buns and biscuits, soups, and fresh bread. Kind staff, willing to help. Efficient too. Very crowded, but for a quick shop, and just by the bus stop too. Thank goodness. I was tired. Thank you Morrisons.
