Staff behaviour was disgusting , outrageous and they were completely out of order and embarrassing!! Will not be visiting this store ever again or recommending to anyone, Disgusted with the experience!

Don't bother with the chop shop. Waited around for 75 minutes only to recieve an email saying the order was cancelled. No apology. Nothing. Some of the staff in the store are brilliant. But the online customer service is shocking. Will be be avoiding unfortunately.

Well stocked and staff always helpful. Even when a chop shop went disastrously wrong (which isn’t their dept) they went out of their way to help and refunded me regardless as I’d been delivered someone else’s shopping. The store itself is always clean, well presented and shelves stacked and priced clearly. They have a large clothing range and a good bakery as well as a Sushi bar and spit roast chickens freshly made on the day.

Very helpful customer service lady. Good selections of most products and having a Nector card get alot of offers and discount. Good range of nice clothing at reasonable prices.

Of all the superstores we have found through trial & error, if you work the points to your advantage while also occasionally buying elsewhere the same product on offer, you can make your shopping fit your needs. Always a clean store and the staff in the main are always able to check stock, however some favourite items become discontinued. Despite living right next to another brand name store there is no comparison, with a major weekly shop you are rather tied to just a handful of options.

Nice, spacious store. Well ordered. Bought clothing as gifts for my granddaughters which were great bargains at sale prices and were gratefully received. Food shopping was a little more expensive.

You walk around getting your produce, then queue for 20 minutes, as only 4 checkouts are open, pay, then have to queue again to scan your receipt before you can get through the barriers and out the store. Under staffed and I don't enjoy having to queue just to prove that I am not a thief. Last time I shop here.

Only 1 till open. Massive queue. Used self-service but the area is so cramped there is not enough room to balance all your items. Items tumble, you are told item is missing from the bagging area, you have to ask the person on the neighbouring till to move so you can retrieve it. A very frustrating experience. Then a member of staff checks your receipt on the way out. We commented about our frustrations and her eyes glossed over, no apology for our very negative experience, no offer to pass our comments on, just an inane smile. Two stars given because the clothes section was good and the groceries we required were in stock.

  3. Dr Richard Fishboy ★★☆☆☆

Really badly laid out aisles, bit of a shambles to be honest. Items you would expect to be near each other are not, terrible signposting. Nowhere near enough staff on a Saturday afternoon, and absolutely no managers on the shop floor the entire hour we were there. Would be one star but the lady working by herself(!!) covering customer service and lottery desks was extremely professional and helpful.

It's a supermarket; who the heck writes reviews of supermarkets? I enjoyed the ambiance of the chilled aisle which was ... chilled! The urinal in the gents afforded relief in the classic manner. The pick up point doesn't work; I hung around for ages but didn't feel attracted to anyone.
