Good value for money offers on frozen food. I got a good deal on Tassimo coffee pods, 2 for £9. Much cheaper than the co op. Also liked the pack of soft rolls for £1.

Man on the tills this afternoon (4:15pm ish) customer service needs some work! First argued with a gentlemen that Iceland have never done bags for life - secondly complained to a customer about the state that his colleague had left the station in before he had started his shift and then finally physically snatched a lane divider OUT OF MY HANDS. It’s nicer to leave your issues at the door as opposed to projecting them onto customers …
Deliveries have become terrible since the London Road store closed. Either items missing or not in stock. When my delivery came today there was quite a bit missing. Called the helpline to be told it would be delivered and I would be contacted. Heard nothing for over 4 hours when I called the store direct. Another delivery was scheduled and not all of the missing items were delivered or I had different items instead. Store is now closed so I can't chase it. Not going to be using them anymore for deliveries.
A brilliant selection of food, I love shopping here but I do wish there was more free-range, or better animal welfare products. I eat meat but I like to know that my food is completely compassionate in world farming. I really enjoy looking at all the exciting desserts and the Gino D'Acampo Italian range as he's my favourite chef. I also love Cathedral City menu range as its absolutely scrumptious!!
Well stocked store, lots of choice. Staff very friendly. Reasonably priced as well!
Yes good stock as usual, and good variety. Just a shame that when you phone them they say yes we are doing home deliveries to your area but when you get to tills you find out they are not so would be good if staff were trained properly
The spiritual home of Frosty Jack's. I bought my own bodyweight of white cider today and it was great value. Nobody is going to hear from me for at least a week. Maybe ever. Great shop.
