I needed help with the self serve till getting error and this assistant growling at me and pissed off.
Absolutely dismal service, so slow, 15 minutes for one person's checkout, manager doesn't treat staff well. Zero customer loveliness, perhaps everyone was having a bad day, but I won't be back

The Co-op never let's me down , so convenient , 5 mins away the staff are all amazing, great shop . . .
Handy, much used, smallish Coop. Fresh meat, fresh baked bread, and pastries. Small freezer dept. Sells liquor. Lots of parking in front and behind shop. Cash point streetside. Parcel collect/drop point. Several self service checkouts.
Not a bad little co-op, but seems a bit run down and not very well managed. Good for cut price food. Need to sort out the trolleys outside which are knackered and very difficult to get to and retrieve. Amazed the manager hasn't picked this up. They've been in this state for a year now. Think of your older customers
Sells cider and other top real drinks. A truly great range of cider. Nice staff. Also sells non alcoholic. Great range of products. A must for locals and visitors alike.
Has a good selection of products, but is woefully understaffed & the few staff they do have seem uninterested & make frequent mistakes on the tills that they either have to call someone for ( who Rarely turn up) or you have to point it out when you receive your receipts. Overly expensive own branded products certainly don't help. Edit, down to one star, been overcharged AGAIN while staff member looked at me like I was stupid when explained it, shop floor was empty of staff at 5pm, one staff member on till with many people waiting & the shelves were bare, I've NEVER seen a store so badly run in all my years of shopping & today as the final straw, I will NEVER go into this joke of a store again.
Smaller sized store used for many years by returning locals. Staff seem average. I tend to use this store as a quick purchases only. Rarely see the tills beside the cigarette counter open but often find Ques going back some distance in the shop.. Patience is a virtual here..
