I have known and used your pharmacy for 30 years. Never before have I seen and witnessed such chaos, incompetency etc. People are going away without receiving their drugs because you "cannot find their prescription". They are going to Royal Sussex County Hospital pharmacy instead. They should not have to do this. There are empty boxes all over the shop floor (for weeks now!) I collected my prescription of Sertraline pills and when I opened the box there were two pills missing.. Obviously they were removed in the pharmacy back room itself. This is very serious.

It's becoming better than before things have changed for the better. Since last week especially, the shelves are stocked, service is efficient, and the whole atmosphere feels renewed. The team is clearly working hard to turn things around, and it shows. I want to commend them for this positive transformation. If you, like me, had stepped away because of the challenges, I’d encourage you to give them another chance. They’re back on track and doing great now!

As unfortunately I am a regular user of this pharmacy it has gone downhill over the last couple of years. Very unhelpful, constantly changing staff; empty shelves. Today I went to collect repeat prescription and the railings have been painted, new signage over building. Is this going to be an improvement after the terrible state that the shop has was allowed to become? Empty shelves, boxes of stock littering the floor? Let's hope that the new owners bring back the professional pharmacy that this was pre covid.

This pharmacy has been open for many many years, always very friendly and efficient, not now. New Management has run this business into the ground, waited 3/4 hours in the queue to be told that some of my medication was in one of the many boxes piled up and now I have to go back and no doubt wait another 3/4 hour and hope that it has been found. Came home and changed my pharmacy immediately to Kamsons, I strongly advise you to do the same, not sure why I gave it one star, should have been nil points.

Been using them for years and always been wonderful until some months ago when they seem to have been taken over. Long queues of people waiting to be served. People being constantly told that the pharmacy doesn’t have their item/s in stock. I’ve been out of one medication for over a month now and they’ve still not got it in. Shelves bare of stock and cardboard boxes stacked against a wall. They told me today that there are credit issues with the suppliers and they’ve not had a delivery for two weeks. I’ve changed to Kamsons

I would like to say how lovely and helpful all the staff are at this pharmacy, they go out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied 100% of the time and if they don’t have a particular item you are looking for they will actually order it in especially. Wonderful experience all round.

We were down in Sussex on holiday and we visited Oflyns pharmacy and shop, my wife is vegetarian and we were very impressed with the quality and availability, as well as the service of staff. Particularly a lady called Tiffany, who was very helpful and friendly.

Always receive a positive and friendly service at this pharmacy. I’m aware they’ve experienced some staffing issues recently and this of course has had a knock on with service but the staff that remain are always polite and knowledgeable. Well done to those that have stuck around. You’re doing great.

This chemist is one I have used for the better part of 10 years. The staff are extremely friendly and polite, and I personally have never had any issues with the place. They stock a range of medical items and the like, and I was will continue to use this chemist for the foreseeable future.

The staff here are lovely. I’ve had several problems with my medications especially the controlled drugs. But the staff always let me know and sort it out. Special thanks to Lucy and Kyia who always treat me so well. Thanks
