Shame I can't give ZERO stars. Rude, unprofessional, cursed about a customer not realising I was in waiting area. MOT failed on hand brake, when asked what the issue was, was told I don't know, it doesn't seem right. There are lots of garages in Bedford, don't use this one

Took my 15 plate mercedes to this garage and failed MOT due to a tyre and also both front ball arm joints,changed the tyres and been quoted 300£ for the job. Over 2 weeks later had my appointment,so i had to pay the MOT again,dropped the car in the morning and Picked up my car this evening and been charged 615£ for the job.i guess this is me last time taking the car to this guys for an MOT. I wouldn't reccomend taking your car here.

Local garage in Brickhill area of Bedford. Booked car in for rear brakes, definitely pads, possibly discs and a full service. A couple of other things were identified (seems the check is more comprehensive than some MOTs I've had over the years !). Happy to discuss solutions and identify priorities. Costs as discussed- will use again.
Local garage to me. Needed MOT on my 2005 Renault so thought I'd give them a try. Good customer service, no nonsense MOT at a good price and with no attempt to upsell unecessary work. Will be my go-to garage from now on.
