Food was incredible and genuinely the best service we’ve ever received in the United Kingdom. The young girl that served us, Analiya, was incredible and so accommodating nothing was too much trouble, whatever we asked. Would strongly recommend. We actually came two days ago and have come back today. That’s how much we enjoyed it.
I have visited now a few times with my Partner and I can honestly say this place is incredible… Beautiful decor interior, Lovely atmosphere and amazing friendly staff… and the food is absolutely incredible… from the delicious freshly baked warm breads and tasty salads and the unbelievably tasty Melt in the mouth meats. I had the tell the Host upon leaving that the lamb and particularly the Lamb chops were genuinely hands down the best lamb I have EVER HAD… trust me order the Izmir sharing special for 2 and you will not be disappointed! Absolute must visit…

Stunning cuisine. I'm not a salad lover but Izmir Bar and Grill have absolutely nailed it! It was a friend's birthday and already from the starter, we knew we had winning meals. The dessert was exquisite. Most impressive was the portion sizes. Not too much or too little - but just right! East Street restaurants be careful. Izmir Bar and Grill is leagues ahead ❤ Special mention to our lovely waitress Jasmine. Thank you and Management for a delightful lunch out.
I’m a 1st time customer of Izmir and immediately the thing that stands out to me is the customer experience. I was made to feel special, appreciated and important. In many ways this is as important as the meal itself. The takeaway meal was excellent - full of flavour with a good spicy relish. The lamb shish was cook to perfection being pink on the inside and charred slightly on the outside. The bread was warm, the salad was good. I’ve had my fill and still feel amazing
We came for dinner on a summers Tuesday night and was very quite, service was good but not particularly outstanding, the good came out in good order and good time between dishes as suspected from a quite kitchen. We ordered a shared hot platter and chicken steak, food was very delicious but I felt the portion size was abit small, especially when I compare with Zeytins, the other Turkish across the road. Was also happy hour so was a bonus! The quality and flavoursome of food is there, however I think the prices don't reflect the quantity you get and are a little steep. The atmosphere is nice and feels very modern towards the younger market. Overall, pretty good and would recommend.
First time visiting and found the food Fabulous. Nice ice cold glass of rose and service was understated calm and evenly paced. I was a little cold in the restaurant hence only 4 stars, but food is 5 stars !!❤️
Food was excellent. Went there with a few work colleagues. It is a fine dining experience so don't expect big portions but do expect excellent quality food and it to be very tasty. Will definitely be coming back
