   We spotted this farmshop and coffee on the extra mile guide and planned a stop to break our journey home from Leicester to the Scottish Highlands. We had brunch of bacon doorstop sandwich and Staffordshire oatcakes with cheddar, black pudding and chilli jam, a cardamom honey flat white and a latte, followed by Barrabrith and brown butter banana bread (which we had packed up to eat later on our journey). All were absolutely delicious. Warm friendly service and fair price for the quality. We will definitely plan this into future journeys and have recommended to family for when they came to visit.

   We came here for an early lunch - having heard good reviews. I think they may have felt busy as the atmosphere didn’t feel as welcoming as we had read. The person taking our order was very shy and sadly didn’t take our order correctly - meaning I got my lunch and husband didn’t. He had to order again and wait. We ordered a side of cinnamon toast which had a very strange, thick/ dry sugary cinnamon paste - it was very dry. So overall, not the 4*+ experience we were hoping for, especially given the price.

   Lovely cafe! Food was delicious, they've got a great variety of seasonal dishes that are locally sourced and well put together. Beautiful presentation too! The menu had some favourites as well as some unusual dishes, definitely worth a visit, there'll be something on the menu for everyone :) Located in a lovely little area with a farm shop, really nice cosy day out! My partner and I had lunch here, we were impressed with their menu, the cake we took home was a real treat! The staff are really lovely and helpful, the tearoom has a lovely cosy atmosphere and the food was phenomenal, recommend this tearoom for a nice meal out!

   We are fairly regular customers and were excited to see that the Chilli Cheese on toast was back on the menu. Unfortunately it was a shadow of its former self. You now only get once slice of bread instead of two, there wasn’t much cheese and it was very mild (tasteless)… and not very chillish. 4 very disappointed customers. However the breakfast burritos was on point!! (Delicious in fact)…

   Visited a few weeks back. Had a Fishcake special. Great atmosphere, staff were super friendly. Food was great also. Definitely will be back. Really appricate the locally sourced food, using local businesses and making as much homemade as possible.

   Great location as part of the farm shop, lovely staff, lovely food, the breakfast was a little pricey at £12 but it was delicious, the pot of tea was also delicious and made with proper tea leaves, no bags here!

   Had a wonderful lunch today and it was a bonus to sit outside in the area which is sheltered from the wind. All the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. My breakfast was served on a hot plate which I like and the menu has lots to choose from. Would highly recommend.
