The majority of the staff are very rude in Daventry Screwfix , however my orders are consistently difficult to collect. I always need to provide additional details and, in my experience, online orders are never prepared as expected. This makes the store unnecessarily challenging to deal with. In direct comparison, Screwfix Coventry has never presented any problems, with collections always running smoothly. As a commercial account holder, I find myself repeatedly disappointed, yet I continue to use your branch solely because of its proximity.
