   Exceptional customer service, perseverance and professionalism from WE Clark & Son! I had to entrust my vintage pre-moon Omega speed-master watch to a watch repairer as it had very complex repair needs. I was keen to talk to a watch specialist before handing it over as this watch has huge sentimental value, it was gifted to me 40 years ago by my father. I needed 100% trust in who I gave it to. I selected WE Clark despite not being local to me because I was very impressed by David Clark’s assurances that it would be well looked after and he had high confidence he could return it to full working order. The repair did indeed prove to be a very tricky one but David delivered as promised and I’m delighted to have my speed master back on my wrist, looking glorious and in daily use again. I cannot speak highly enough of David’s commitment and professionalism and would happily recommend him to anyone needing a watch repair, especially if they value it highly. It’s worth a journey to Lewes!

   I had my 1995 Rolex Datejust serviced with the case and bracelet refinished by W.E Clark and I was really happy with the result. Price was fair compared to others and it was completed a few weeks ahead of how long they said it would take. Would recommend.

   Cannot recommend David and the team highly enough. As you can see from the two pictures, they did a fantastic job restoring a 50 year old Seamaster with severe water damage. David was also exceptionally helpful answering any questions and when there was a slight issue they fixed it no questions asked. Won't go anywhere else to get the Seamaster serviced in future.

   I recently had my Seamaster sent off via W.E. Clark & Son to Omega for servicing. David also arranged the replacement of the bracelet and a new navy bezel, now my watch of fifteen years looks like brand new! I’m so pleased with the results and would like to thank him for all of his efforts. They also paid for the postage during the pandemic and where helpful throughout. We also purchased our engagement ring and wedding bands from Vicky in 2015 & 2017, she gave us excellent service and makes us feel very welcome in the Lewes store nowadays.
