Really impressed with GA Jewellers and would highly recommend them. They were most helpful with advice and very kindly offered to alter my tight wedding ring to the next size up free of charge. Very kind and helpful. Answering to all my questions. I had a pearl neckless restrang and clasp changed. They did a very good job. I also sold to them 2 of my rings and they dealt correctly and in a fair manner. I think vey are the best in Brighton and Hove.
Family have used this shop for years now. Went to have a sentimental bracelet repair made and they fixed it perfectly looks brand new and polished it beautifully. Will always go back here as they don't ship items out in post and look after the jewellery well and did it so fast.
Excellent service and lovely products! Been eyeing up a few rings in the window for months and when my partner proposed we went to try some on. Thanks so much to Justin and the team - helping me get the one I’ve always wanted, but worried wasn’t sensible enough (I’m obsessed and can’t stop staring at it) Also, for massively helping through my sizing indecision and not making me feel like an idiot. 5 star service and it’ll be the first place we check when we get our wedding bands :)

Thank you so much for outstanding service. I damaged my watch and ran into the shop 10 minutes before closing on a Friday evening. They saved my Rolex and it was ready for collection the next day. Delightful shop and outstanding customer service. I went in to enquire about a watch strap, and had it mended on the spot by a lovely gentleman, who ended up not charging me. Since then, I have had a gold ring repaired by them, which I thought could never be mended.. looks like new. Thank you Gold Arts!
This shop is a real find - the customer service is brilliant! Michelle was friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I discovered the shop just before Christmas when they did a rush job for a Christmas present in super quick time - which I really appreciated. I have since been back again and received the same level care and attention this is a real gem of a local customer centric service which is a very rare find nowadays. I will certainly use the shop again.
