   One star is because we arrived for my child’s appointment, which was booked for 18:45. So we arrived early as they always pipe on about being on time, also how it costs the NHS £’s when we’re late or don’t turn up. There was others outside waiting and the time was 18:26 and it was raining hard, but the doors was locked and no one at reception. Then a lady appeared and went to the desk but totally ignore us outside, one lady decided to knock on the glass door to get her attention and others shone there phone light through the window. However the lady just ignored us and left the desk area, finally they opened to doors so 10 minutes later. The lady who was at reception earlier was sat there again, she then said I don’t appreciate you banging on the door and flashing your phone lights at me, one man said where is your humanity as you could see us standing outside getting soaking wet and my appointment is at 18:30. She then got even angry and said how dare you say I’m out human, by this time many other nurses had arrived to the reception area all saying that the place doesn’t open until 18:30 so we can’t let anyone in. We said that’s fine but there is no info in our confirmation messages or any info in the door stating this, all the lady had to do is acknowledge us and say sorry we’re not open until 18:30. No one was banging she was over reacting, this is poor on the communication in relation to opening times. I even sat back in the car at one point whilst waiting to get to check their webpage to see what the opening times was, guess what no times at all so because of this I’m giving a one star. Not sure what the practice is like or the GP’s, as not been seen yet this is just based on the initial experience. IVE NOW HAD OUR VISIT , SO I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT, THE GP WAS AMAZING AND FUNNY, HE MADE OUR VISIT WORTH IT SHAME THE START OF THE VISIT WASNT AS GOOD.

   Been trying to call since yesterday, wasted 1 hour waiting on the line and when they actually redirected me to highfield i got sent to a voice message instead...hopeless
