   Went in today for a quick lunch. I ordered a large bowl since I’m gluten-free and can’t have a tortilla. It was a bit disappointing that the server wasn’t sure which items were GF, but he directed me to scan a QR code that opened their allergen menu, so I could choose safely and take responsibility for my order. I went with Mexican rice, black beans, chicken, smashed homemade guacamole, pickled red onions, chilli, and sour cream — a simple bowl, but absolutely packed with flavour. I love the concept and the food, and I really hope this place stays busy. It’s quick, healthy, and very affordable. One more thing worth mentioning: while I was in the queue, I saw the chef come out and check the temperatures of all the food to ensure everything was safe and up to standard. Well done. I would highly recommend this outlet.

   Ordered ahead and they prepared my order once I showed up, diet coke was nice and cold out the fridge. Had the large veggies and vegan chilli no carne bowl and was absolutely stuffed! Could barely finish the chips but not complaining, put them in my bag for later. Felt for the workers working in the hot heat.

   Ordered the quesadillas with beef for a £1 extra and made it a meal for £3 extra. The make it a “meal” was not worth it at all. Since it was a small bag of tortilla chips which were extremely salty and a can of drink. I had also ordered a cheese dip for £2. This was also not worth it. Let’s talk about the actual food first before the service. The quesadilla’s structure were nonexistent. Not what I would have expected from a quesadilla. The beef was okay, nothing special. I asked what a can of drink was as I could only partially see it and the response I got was just them pointing at the cans already on display, but the can I was referring to wasn’t displayed. It took her a few seconds before she questioned herself and saw that it might not be on display and she muttered something and got the can I was looking at and placed it by the display stand and did not say anything at all. Terrible service, no communication skills at all. All in all, I wanted to try tortilla and now I have and will not go to another tortilla again. Overpriced and mediocre. Very surprising this is a chain, especially in Southampton with so many other food choices to go for.

   Servers (mine was leah) manage to combine being both incredibly friendly and efficient. Portion size is fantastic while tasting fresh so best of both worlds. Fast and fresh food with good sauce options and the vegan option tastes fantastic to the point I order either beef or vegan.

   Bit disappointed after reading the reviews online before we went. Had the Tacos, and found them to be a bit soggy and definitely not worth the money they cost. Probably won't bother to go again next time we're in Southampton. Although the food wasn't great, the staff were polite and the service was fast.

   It was the first time that I order through Uber from this restaurant! They brought something else!! I immediately connect with the Uber help center, and after 5 hours the answer was we appreciate…. But we can’t do anything!! I never ever recommend this restaurant!

   I ordered salad bowl. Everything was fresh and meat was soft and cooked. Beans and guacamole was nice. They serve people very fast and their space was clean.
