The Sunday buffet was the best one I've been to. We have tried a few Sunday buffets in Tilehurst and the food is always luke warm, all the food here was pipping hot and tasted great. Lots of choice. Nann bread was cooked fresh to order. Really nice atmosphere and friendly staff. We will definitely return.

Only just found out that it's a brand new refurbished curry house. Came in today (Sunday) for the buffet and have to say it's the best I've had in Reading. I'm very particular on my curry house choice! Lovely, clean, comfortable restraunt. Friendly smiling staff. Fresh nan bought to table, tender lamb curry is a must.

Food is amazing but the restaurant is FREEZING COLD, I took my two children and my partner there and the temperature made the meal totally ruined. I had to put my coat on and the staff joked if I was cold and I said yes and so did my children have to put their coats on, the staff laughed and walked off. Food is amazing but I can't recommend eating in the restaurant.
Popadoms tasted like they came out of a packet. Dips not great. Beer slightly flat. Sag paneer lackluster, no colour on the paneer. Chicken dry fry came with a sauce and tasted like a Chinese dish. King prawn masala - prawns overcooked and chewy sauce nothing special. The restaurant looked tired, and the table cloth was stained. All this and quite expensive. Just go to spicemaster instead. Cant believe all the good reviews, which got me in the door.
Big shout out to the Taste of Tandoori. Made an online order and delivered very quickly (live local). Once unpacking / opening the food we realised some of the order was wrong / missing! Called the phone number and spoke to a helpful lady would told me she would sort it.....and she did! 10 mins later knock on the door and order corrected. Thank you ToT team for a very enjoyable meal!
This is always our ‘go to’ takeaway. Food is always so fresh and full of flavour and always delivered hot. Cannot recommend it enough.
Really welcoming atmosphere and I'd say the best curry we have had in the South of England. Too many are an oily stew but this was good. All the food was very good. The medium curry was more like a mild compared to back home in West Yorkshire but had plenty of flavour. Very good.
