incredible service and communication by parsa. haven’t eaten in taco bell in a while but staff like this makes it pleasant and worth eating in fast food places
It was my first time coming to Taco Bell, and Parsa made the experience really easy. He was polite, patient, and helped me figure out what to order. Everything came out just right, and the service was great. Thanks for the good first impression!
Food was delicious and the atmosphere and service was really awesome. Loved it. My order came on time and the customer service also good. Tables were clean and atmosphere was so pleasant. Most recommended restaurant.
One of the most rude and horrible staff I came across, they have no manners and they lie straight to your face. When asked for student discount, they said they don’t offer any but they do on certain items. No need lie as the customer after us literally got it, when one of their staff members called me to get order, it was like they were treating me like a dog. Like WTH? One of the worst customer service experiences and this is coming from a person with hospitality background. Never again
One of the favourite fast food place in Southampton. We had the cravings meal for two. Their Nacho cheese dips and fries are one of the best ever. The beef quesadilla is very tasty. The staff, specifically, Mali was very nice. It would be great if we have the option of having Churros (what we additionally ordered) or cinnamon twist in this meal. I highly recommend to try for those who haven’t yet.
It’s a shame the food is so good, the place is a dump. For the last few weeks there has been no working drinks machine, the toilets are blocked off and no tables or chairs. The floor and remaining 2 seats are both dirty. Service is always incredibly slow, 10-15mins for food even without a queue. The restaurant is in a serious state, poor representative of the Taco Bell brand. Half the time our orders are wrong, e.g. vegetarian bean burritos with chicken found in them. Drinks machine never works, half the time they run out of fries and offer nachos after you’ve already paid and waited for food.
The staff were slow to take our order but once we started it all went well and for a change this fast food was actually fast and it was still hot. The food was the best part. The floor and tables did not look as though they'd been cleaned all day, my wife wiped down a table with paper towels from the counter. There was also another family in there, quite large and very poorly behaved, just ruined it a bit. Overall good meal out.
Food was ok like always. Second time missing bits of our order. But cleanliness of this place is below many standards…. No soap, no toilet paper, dirty toilet…
Friendly staff, delicious food and an enjoyable atmosphere. Mexican themed music is played in the Taco Bell and the food is full of flavour, portion sizes are excellent and the food is good quality, especially for the price. Affordability is improved further if you complete a survey on the receipt, to which you then get 20% off your next visit total bill. I think the fries bell grandè are excellent; they’re tasty and plentiful in size. The cheese sauce is amazing and the Mexican fries as they call them, are the best! Drinks are refillable and the opening hours are good. Friendly staff are always happy to help and the restaurant is usually clean, most of the time waiting times are short as well, and food is often fresh. Highly recommend this Taco Bell location.
