   Went to exchange a jumper for a different size. They took the product and my receipt said they would order a smaller size. This was 1 month ago. They have the jumper and my money. Now they have closed and I have lost £300 and a jumper. I phoned them twice and was reassured that someone would be in contact and they would order me the right size. Really irresponsible and dishonest staff. Such a shame as it’s a designer store and I spent a lot of money here for Christmas gifts. They would have known they were closing when I called up asking where the jumper is. They should have just refunded me or given me the original size back.

   Store is perfect! Atmosphere always friendly and inviting, you can tell its a high end business, run extremely well friendly and well trained staff make every experience exactly what your looking for would definitely recommend if you want some good clothes or need some advice from some well versed staff about what items to purchase and what price point is right! Definitely going back!

   Absolutely love the store , always a great atmosphere when me and my girls go in , the team in there are great and lovely!! Adam has the team and store sorted and make sure he builds a relationship with every customer that comes in as he’s a popular character in store. Great job guys.

   I travel to Reading to bring my son into brother2brother regularly. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming as soon as I enter the store. Each member of staff Cater to our needs every time with no hesitation. 5* service at its best

   the customer service is so bad. i got the faulty item and they just keep asking me to wait and giving excuses but now allowing me to return or exchange. Also they didn’t ever get the reason why I want to return the item. Really poor customer service
