The new manager was incredibly rude to customers, was wearing her mask incorrectly (not covering her nose) and also rude to general staff. Absolutely appalling. The rest of the staff were a cheerful bunch and great fun to interact with, wish the new manager followed in their footsteps.

Generally I prefer to buy shoes online with shoe zone with free delivery and then I can try on in the comfort of my own home. On the ocassions when I return a pair to this shop for refund or have bought from this shop I have found the staff to be pleasant and the process straightforward.

Staff are very rude, telling me to go somewhere else when I asked if they had any other shoes. They also have a poor selection of low quality shoes, very few pairs seem to last more than a couple of months
