   My daughter and I were served by a fantastic lady and unfortunately I did not request her name. She was extremely helpful and kind and we were in the store and out again with new school shoes within 10 minutes! Fantastic. Thank you for making our day happy and bearable.    They stopped NHS discount because "they lowered the prices" staff answered me!!! Really! Shoes cost £100 is it a lowered price ???!!!! Sorry maybe for someone is but absolutely not for NHS workers!!! Shame on you Clarks!!!

   I’m really disappointed with our experience at Clarks castelpoint Bournemouth. This was meant to be my baby’s very first shoe fitting, something I was excited about, but instead it turned out to be very upsetting. The staff member who measured my baby’s feet was rough, careless, and showed no patience at all. Instead of being gentle, they carried out a very forceful measurement and pressed the measuring tape so roughly, that it left a visible bruise on my baby’s feet. We still bought the shoes as we needed a pair, but the whole experience has left me feeling sad rather than creating the happy memory I was hoping for. Such a shame, because a first shoe fitting should be a special milestone.

   Took some school shoes back today,rather annoyed as they had split. Abby,the manager, was quick to welcome me to the store and listen to my complaint before agreeing with me, I wasn't expecting that! Totally defused my irritation.Her knowledge is amazing! Quickly explained the shoes were too deep for my daughter's feet.They had been poorly fitted, everything she said made total sense and I'm annoyed with myself for not questioning it before. She then went to great lengths to properly fit a new pair of shoes for my daughter, I could instantly see the difference. She had such a calm and patient manner with us, it was a truly lovely shopping experience ,a service you don't often see these days. Replaced the shoes free of charge and even including insoles. We shall be back for every single pair of shoes from Abby now, that's how confident I am in her ability to fit shoes properly!

   Probably the best shoe shopping experience for a long time. Ask for Abby, she is a "shoe fitter" very knowledgeable and professional, not some just off the street sales person. She is a huge asset to Clarks.

   This branch is at Castle Point where there is plenty of free parking and other shops. The shoes and sizes we wanted were in stock. The staff were helpful. The shoes are expensive full price but there was a good sale with lots at half price.
