Son after replacement running shoes. We have telephoned this store over 20 times over 2 days to check stock. Phone never answered, cuts off after so many rings. Very poor service. Will go direct to Nike.

Absolutely appalling service, avoid at all costs. Cannot provide a refund even within customer legal rights. Had the rudest manager called Matt refuse to refund my "waterproof" boots after I tried to return them as they were faulty (asked to prove how they were not waterproof in store which is ridiculous). Returned them visibly wet on the inside and outside after. Matt proceeded to throw them back on the table and say NO REFUND. Appalling service. Sorted my refund at another sports direct with no problem.
One stop shooting for all sporting requirements. Has footballs, boots, walking shoes, for babies, toddlers up to adults. Has safety boots and a lot more stuff. Sometimes easier to find it online on their website. Find their stores are so packed with stuff that's its hard to find what you're looking for.
I found in this sports direct, there is a lack of kids football boots and selection. some boots have been there for a couple of months and a lack of staff. Overall a 2 star store.
Popped in the hope of buying new footwear and bought what I wanted and needed. The customer service I received was excellent. I'm a very happy customer.

Very poor service. One guy… who when the queue got to 5 I had to go and look for. I do not think he could serve any slower if he tried… how about opening another till??
