    Was looking forward to our 1st baby shoe experience, I made my hubby take time off work to join us, very disappointed in the service. 2 staff members standing as we walked in I mentioned we are there to measure up my baby’s feet and she said “sorry your baby is asleep we can’t help you” it was the way she spoke to me with attitude, she then turned to her coworker and rolled her eyes at that point I walked out. Feeling very let down

    Came here to get measured up for my daughters school shoes and was immediately greeted by Chloe K, she measured my daughters feet and offered her several shoes to try. She was super patient and asked my little girl about her day and what she enjoyed. Chloe is a real asset to your company and made our shopping experience fantastic!     Awful experience. Was being dealt with by one member of staff who abandoned us with no explanation. Then passed on to another lady. They had no stock and we were disappointed. As we were leaving I witnessed these two members of staff slagging us off and laughing. They saw I had seen them do it so I approached to ask what the problem was. They looked like a rabbit caught in headlights!! So unprofessional and unacceptable!! Nasty bullying behaviour. A customer should NEVER be made to feel like that.
