Overpriced plain and simple wanted one of the pop characters £4 more expensive than hmv and £7 more expensive than another shop for the same item. Lots of low quality ltems here that break easily. While there are some great things to be found they are not worth the price and can be found elsewhere cheaper in town. Will probably get usual generic thanks for bringing this to our attention please contact this e-mail address reply.
absolutely disgusting customer service. i went into store today to make a return on an item that i had brought a couple of days ago. whne i went home i noticed that the product had leaked and therefore was ruined. went into store today and went to grab a new one and checked it to see if that one was leaking. was greeted with a very rude member of staff who was rolling her eyes at me and looking me up and down multiple times. after she had stated i cannot open the box in which i understood. i told her that i understood and that i was sorry for opening it. i then explained the reason to why i had and that was that fact that i needed to see if the one that i was exchanging it for was leaking. she was still rude and proceeded to tell me i wasn’t able to do this and that it was very frustrating that i had. i said to her that i actually was purchasing this one so i didn’t seem to understand why i wasn’t able to open it when i was just doing a straight over exchange and had only opened one box. she then carried on giving me dirty and unnecessary looks. she then went to complain about me to someone else changing the story in which the person i met at the till was also very unnecessarily rude. i’m very unhappy as i was wanting to spend more money in store today but due to this i didn’t as it made me feel very uncomfortable. i will therefore not be returning to this store due to their poor customer service.
See what you like then buy elsewhere. Bobble heads are £15 here and £7.50 elsewhere, don't be conned!
Me and my partner were helped today by two lovely members of staff, who helped us with the free scratch card we got from our purchase that day. They were very friendly and kind. Thank you! ❤️
They sell complete junk here and no decent support. Bought a ball launcher as a souvenir for my son and dog to play with. When I came home to the Netherlands, it turned out to be completely inoperative. I contacted Menkind support, clearly mentioned I lived in the Netherlands, they first promised to replace the defect product. Suddenly it was no longer possible.
I didn't know such place existed. Had a few laughs. Stop by and buy some stuff
