   A truly glorious space for the serious gym goer. In fact, the array of equipment provided is so vast it borders on the intimidating and overwhelming. You’ll find no excuse’s for neglecting a muscle group here (once you work out what all the machines do!) If I could nit-pick… there’s no air-conditioning in the main area, so expect an old-school experience, with all the ambient temperature fluctuations that accompany it during the summer, and I suspect winter too. All in all though, this is easily the most mouth-watering gym space in Northamptonshire by a country mile; whether you seek free weights to 70+KG dumbells, machines, cables, racks, benches, and various cardio stuff. The MMA environment and classes add yet another fantastic aspect, and exciting potential journey to the experience. Outstanding

   I have never been to a better equiped gym, if someone had a goal of making the best training environment possible, they have naild it! Plenty of equipment, old and new, well maintained, good layout, never have to wait, other members are friendly/respectful, staff are all excellent. My only small niggles are - the men's changing room needs a refurb and it would be good to have water dispensers on the floor.

   Amazing selection of classes. High quality. One of the biggest and best gyms I've seen. I find having to use an app annoying but I'm mostly able to get by avoiding it. Overall, great experience !
