   An extremely welcoming and friendly boxing club. James is an incredible coach, and offers an array of sessions for all ages and abilities. Whether boxing just for fitness or refining your skills for a fight James’s sessions will always push you physically and technically. Shelly, Alex and the rest of the team are also a pleasure to deal with and help everyone out whenever they can. Can’t recommend enough.

   I decided to give this place a try seeing as I have been to a few places and stayed for a little while but always been I wanted more… well it seems this place is just that. The atmosphere when I first walked in was sooo relaxed and you didn’t have all the eyeballs on you seeing as your a ‘newbie’ I was very fortunate to be paired with a brilliant boxer called Josh and he spent the time with me to just basically point out a small thing I needed to do… love this place so far the coaches really know their stuff so onwards and upwards for me and with a cracking team like this behind me I think I’m going to get to where I wish to be
