   Good trade prices on materials but quality is lacking, especially in timber unless your building a banana boat. Had a number of orders messed up from different branches and hardware can be brought much cheaper from other stores.

   Drive in and wait, forks will come to you. Only 1 driver will tip, others too lazy apparently!! So expect a wait if couple of wagons in. One way system easy in/out.

   Not very good with deliveries. They did not even tell me that they could not deliver. Took time off work. The decking builders spent the whole day here and I had to pay them. Rang again was told it will be one hour. Then got a call back to say it will arrive the next day. Vey disorganized.

   Tip top service, as always, at Jewson Reading! Outside in the yard, Gary was helpful and very friendly. He had full control of his fork lift which made loading the van much easier. He also said he liked my beard, which warmed me up on such a cold day. Inside the shop, Wayne served us professionally and with a smile. He, along with Neil, always goes the extra mile to help and assist us with great prices and expert knowledge. 5 stars and a big thumbs up to the team. Tip Top!
