I was 1 min past closing hours at the branch in Whitley, collecting an important tool to fix my cold radiator. David who was about to lock the front door has a heart in the right place as he supported my urgent need of help, went back to the store and gave me the ordered tool. Been using Toolstation for some years and the staff are always helpful and courteous. Products are good quality. The only criticism is that you don't receive a text when the item you have ordered us in. You take a chance. Thus is not the fault of the staff in store but the ordering system itself.
