   Great Wilko with everything you need. We went for the pick n mix and it was a little baron with many of the types of sweets we liked, empty. Still managed to fill a tub with sweets though so it wasn't a totally wasted trip! :-D

   It's OK, it a supermarket, difficult to categories as it has a random selection of everything - Mm? - it is good fun to look around and I do end up buying some bizarre stuff. Occasionally you will find something that you have been searching for for ages :)

   Very bad experience for me today morning around 9:20 am @Wilko , Reading Broadstreet mall.I noticed that discount mentioned on the shelf were not reflecting on the receipt. When I approached the customer service counter, response was rude from the gentleman on the counter when I offered to show the shelf pic on my phone. Its not good from a customer point of view when there is a mismatch between the shelf price and the bill. It was only 20P which was not a great deal but I decided to let them know they have to correct it and its not the first time in that store.It happens often. With the current raising prices, wilko should try to gain the trust from customers as we cannot check each and every bill before we exit the store . No apology was shown after the refund of 20p as they thought its only 20 P why big deal . There were 3 staffs who was dealing with this ,their customer service was not great at the beginning of the day where they are supposed to start fresh . I am shopping at this branch since 2012 but this is this first I felt the customer service was very poor that too when with less shoppers . I know its a lengthy note for 20P but its not about the value , its more about the charging the correct price as shown on the shelf ..

   For anything that goes to the kitchen or the bathroom, this place offers an amazing value for money. Even for brands, it's much cheaper than the largest Tesco. You can also buy tools, painting, electric cables, glue, glassware, car oil... When I had my old bimmer, it was nearly 1 tank of fuel, 1 bottle of oil. When you drive a classic, your live out of oil and fuel. It was the place where I used to purchase the oil. They have a cash machine if you need to draw money. Efficient and courteous staff.
