   Disgusting service. I emailed & phoned repeatedly for 5 months with compliant that the just ignored and ignored. No one bothered to reply, I was told repeatedly that someone would contact me, that someone would escalate and get in touch. It never got dealt with and eventually they said there’s no compensation and nothing they can do. They messed up several times. Here’s an example. I ordered materials for a fencing job. They send me wrong type of fence panels, should have been vertical not horizontal, wrong length wood, wrong colour wood eg some bits of wood were the blue ones for lofts, the driver ruined the grass where he unloaded (I had just aerated and treated the lawn and now the weight on top ruined it) and I had to send back some products, and take another day off to receive the correct supplies. And they owed me £200 refund on the returned items and it took them lots of calls and over 2mths of me chasing to get it refunded onto my credit card which then cost me interest at my bank. Absolutely disgusting service and yet after all of that, they admitted they won’t deal with my compliant, no compensation, not even for the distress, loss, inconvenience or loss of income I occurred, and I am only left with doing negative reviews.

   I came into your premises as I had a few queries about products and prices. I was very impressed with a young man called Luke who was very knowledgeable and spent time to explain differences in products and prices and even gave me information that was relevant and I didnt realise I needed to consider! Even better, was the fact that he treated me with respect and not like a silly woman! Very polite and helpful and a great asset to your company.

   I was looking for a brick to match the existing ones on a house and an employee came up to me to offer his help. He looked at a photo I had and identified it straight away. Even more amazing he worked out from the photo that the house was in Woodley, on the airfield estate, and that it was built in the 1990's. He was right on every account ! Clearly he knows his bricks. The chap's name was Chris Pether and he deserves a shout out for his helpfulness and his knowledge. So if you need any help with your bricks then this is the place to go.
