   Being very new to renovation I came to Travis Perkins knowing very little but was treated so kindly. Anything I didn't know they offered help so I'll definitely be heading back. I needed a small set of paving stones to complete a garden job and Lee did an amazing deal on an opened set, letting me pick exactly what I needed at an amazing price. Both Jamie and Sue were alsot so helpful and friendly it made the entire process a pleasure. I'm looking forward to heading back for all my other building supplies

   Easy to get to, good merchant lots of stock. I ordered online, got a swift response to say my items were ready to be collected. Travelled the next day, and on arrival, was dealt with quickly and items were handed over. Great customer service, can't fault them.

   Great quality building sand and bricks. I wasn't on site to oversee the delivery on a somewhat tight road, not a problem. Everything was delivered and left precisely where I'd asked. Fair price aswell. 100% using this branch again.

   I would like to congratulate the excellent efficiency we received from this branch. Time is money, and a strong consideration particularly for a charity. Last Monday our builder went in to Travis Perkns ms to order materials and asked how soon it could be delivered to Henley, and was told would within the hour be OK? The builder, who was not from this area was amazed, and it did indeed arrive within the hour. So instead of having to pay a builder to wait for materials he got on with the job and finished a day ahead of schedule, so saving us money. Thank you so much, we consider it as a donation to the charity! Henley YMCA

   I shop here at least 3 or 4 times a week and also have deliveries. I find the staff very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. The lady behind the counter is my favourite, she can always make me smile even when it's raining outside. The yard is always well stocked, the staff there will help load and keep it very tidy, unlike some yards I visit. I find the deliveries very flexible and always well organised by the young chap behind the counter. The drivers always offer superb service dropping the materials exactly where you ask. Currently my favourite branch, I wish all TP's branches could be like this.
