   Nice, helpful, knowledgeable guys. A couple of tiles came off my roof in the storm. I took them in, and although the tiles were of an old type not currently manufactured they identified what they are, wrote it down and told me the best reclaim yard to try. Much appreciated.

   Would never use this company again. The new Reading branch has the worst customer service I’ve ever received. They take 25% off you if you ever want to return anything and the south African guy is just damn right rude and shouldn’t be the duty manager or whatever he is. There are other company’s out there who are will to help and supply a much better service.

   Hi just finished fitting a 6 meter polycarbonate lean to all materials supplied by UK Roofing Supplies UK. Customer online contact was excellent from ordering to being supplied and delivered 7days as promised. Information about ordered product was very informative together with a follow up call back regarding a query not answered at the time. Delivery on time and delivery driver even helped to carry large polycarbonate sheeting to rear of my property.Well done to Lee. Kevin and delivery driver. A very satisfied customer. Johno.
