   I was not served today. My click and collect order remains at store. I gave up after both the duty manager and sales assistant ignored me. Have used the store 3x before with varying success. A real shame, the store is right on my doorstep, but it would probably be quicker to drive further. We will see how returnng tomorrow for the next day item goes......

   I was served by Alex today whose service and support was excellent. I had a mere 2 hours sleep having spent the night dealing with a pipe in the attic that flooded my house. Alex was patient, kind and exceptionally helpful by going through the compression products on his screen with me and assisting me in choosing the best and cheapest options to repair a difficult leak. Furthermore, Naomi offered for me to have a drink and use their wash room facilities because I had no access to water, and hadn’t been able to have a cup of tea, or wash. I’m so grateful to have Screwfix in my local area with these amazing staff. Thank you so much and please never change.
