   Avoid and buy tools from anywhere else. Bought a 30m Nielsen automatic retractable airline from their eBay store on 26/12 Order was cancelled without comms from seller, despite receiving (presumably automated) positive feedback from them. The cancellation notice stated “problem with seller’s address”, but no further correspondence was entered into and no request was made to confirm or give any further details of my mainland UK address . I asked for the reason why the order was cancelled and was told I should have received an automated email. I had not, so repeated my request for information, specifically “WHY was my order cancelled?” I have since been called rude and their response is to ask why they would be willing to deal with me as a customer. I think I’ve dodged a bullet here, as other reviews would suggest that their after service is non-existent so I wouldn’t buy anything from them unless it was a) dirt cheap or b) a single piece of forged metal (e.g., spanner) unlikely to become damaged.

   On google and on their website and emails ope i g hours up to 17:30 but they close 16:00 on friday. To say more about this shop adress in email and website is unit 32, nope thye are in unit 41 with completly different name. Not recomend

   Terrible! I bought a Draper spring compressor which broke on the first time of using which of course isn't the sellers fault. However I have called this company multiple times (landline) with no answer, I have also called the mobile number listed multiple times which goes straight to voicemail. I have also emailed with no response. I am now over £160 out of pocket. DO NOT use this comapny. Terrible customer service. All I wanted was either a replacement or refund!!

   Would give no stars if I could. Completely terrible excuse for customer service. Having bought an item as a gift it was immediately clear it was faulty so contacted customer service to arrange a return. After two weeks of chasing emails and calls (numbers didn't work), I finally received a response. Some complete nonsense about not being able to offer a refund in full, that the item had to go back to the manufacturer. Over 5 weeks later, constant chasing this useless company, we finally received a refund. Avoid at all costs and if you do buy from them, use a credit card!

   Very poor customer service. The item they sent me did not match the pictures on the website. The company did not want to accept this is the case despite me sending screenshots to prove my point. They would not send me a returns label so i can get a refund. Never use this company. If you have a problem, you are sure to be out of pocket.

   Love this piece of kit. Bought the Kreg track horse to double up with my mobile work station. Has transformed my work space. Much smaller and lighter than the mobile work station so very happy. Great price. Great delivery.
