    Terrible experience with Just Eat. My order never arrived, I waited over 2 hours, and their customer service is absolutely useless. No live chat, no phone number, no real help. I lost time, money, and patience. This company has gone downhill – avoid at all costs. I have ordered form Asta , not helping at all

    For those from the US and Canada, it's basically a Walmart. They even have similar signage. For those from Japan it's basically a Seiyu. For those in the UK it's a superstore, so squishing a mid-low range department store and grocery store together. The place is okay. Just remember you're trading off lower costs for a place that's not as fancy and lower staff support quality because they are overstretched.

    Ongoing Customer Neglect and Poor Service – Asda Orders via Uber Dear Asda Customer Service & Management Team, I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of service I’ve recently experienced from Asda through Uber Eats. I ordered four items – parchment paper, 8 lemons (2 packs of 4), self-raising flour, and plain flour. The lemons, which were the main reason for my purchase, were marked as unavailable. Yet when I went to the store shortly after, I found the exact same lemons on the shelf at the same price. Clearly, they were in stock, but no effort was made to fulfil my order properly. To make matters worse, the parchment paper I ordered was replaced with aluminium foil, which is not even remotely similar. The two flours and foil I received cost me Β£9.45, and all I actually wanted was lemons. It honestly felt like someone was being sarcastic rather than taking their job seriously. Afterwards, I looked through public reviews and found that many other customers have similar complaints – missing items, careless substitutions, rude staff, and cancelled deliveries without notice. This shows a serious, consistent problem across your stores and online operations. I truly hope this message reaches upper management, because your reputation is being damaged from the inside. Your staff clearly lack compassion, accountability, and professionalism. As customers, we are the ones who always end up paying for the attitudes and mistakes of unhappy, unmotivated employees. I’m not asking for a refund. I simply want you to know that Asda has lost another loyal customer. From now on, I’ll be supporting local markets, where customer service and respect still matter. I sincerely hope Asda takes these repeated complaints seriously and provides proper training and oversight before more customers make the same decision I did.

    Decent options!! We were looking for some specific chocolates and couldn’t find them anywhere is other popular stores. Although the prices are on the higher side , the product variety is appreciated. Like their options of protein bars and chocolates m. Easy checkout as well.

    This shop is disgusting. Avoid buying any meats from it especially! It has now been the 6th time in the past few months we have bought chicken, brought it home straight away and the meat smelled completely rotten. There have been plenty of times where I've seen them bring out the trollies to restock the fridges and they just left the meat on the aisle for long periods of time. The staff is also rude and useless, particularly in the self-check-out area. More than half the tills are shut at any time and there's always a gaggle of at least 4 staff members in a corner just giggling to themselves and not paying attention. We've even had staff members tell us that they can't believe how bad the shop is and how it's completely disorganised. I'm not sure what corporate is doing about it but they're clearly not interested in this particular shop. Otherwise people would have been fired ages ago.

    This store deliberately over charges you. The price you see on the shelf is not always the price you pay at the till. I have been to this store many times and and always get over charged. I.e yogurts on the shelf say Β£1.25 but then Β£2 at the till of deodorant says Β£1.50 on shelf and Β£2.50 at the till the worst once was asda razor Β£2 on shelf then Β£7 at the till. It may not seem like much but over a month worth of shopping thats an extra Β£30 they rip you off by. I have to now walk around scanning everything on the scan as you go app so I don’t get surprised at the till. Complaining falls on deaf ears.

    Great it's a large store has every conceivable thing you would need for a big shop also has lots of toys, a whole floor of clothing and a large area of homewares and electronics. This in conjunction with the Asda rewards app makes this store our go to for a big shop.

    I am not happy with there George collection I ordered my daughter a coat that she can have for the winter and I picked a Wednesday to collect it I received no email or nothing about my order I ask one of the colleague the next day they said it was in transit and will come to me in couple days and two days later I got a refund from my item. That’s nice they gave a refund but really annoying when they say it will arrive but it doesn’t all my other orders came just not this one.

    Lacks vegetables, no eggs, no spices errr asda is meant to be a supermarket in a first world country. C’mon for Christ sake sort this out!
