   Hi Cher would it be possible at all to contact you to get some details about the process you took with the Canadian Nevis consulate. Judging by the reviews on here am worried about sending personal details over to London consulate as they do not sound professional at all. If i cant contact you is there anyway you could leave a review on here talking about the process price etc. Thanks.

   It was a continuous horror, the process was too long and confusing, the commissioner ALEX MASON tone is disrespectful/rude/inconsiderate/not helpful. She even said Im not willing to answer your question during our phone conversation, other country branch was straight forward this was the first time that I need to process my passport renewal in UK and it was a complete horror, I've been waiting for the invoice for 3 weeks now.

   If I could give zero stars I would! The receptionist is ok but a bit of a gatekeeper , the consular woman (ALEX MASON) is RUDE! Unhelpful, dismissive, abrupt and overall just vile! What is the point in doing a job like this but having no interest in being helpful. Absolute waste of space! Also takes ages to get through and never get replies when they say they will. Then have an attitude because you’ve called back a few times.

   Well I would give it no star if I could. I just called 4 times and each time pick up and cut me off. What a lovely commissioner??? If you need someone with excellent customer service skills get intouch as to show you how it's done professionally. Appalling standards for the name.

   I spoke to an officer by the name of Alex Mason several months ago, the most obnoxious woman I have ever spoken to, so offensively condescending and inattentive. Too lazy to answer the phone too. Fortunately I have met many people from St Kitts and Nevis, not one of them came close to being repugnant like this person was.

   Applied for a VISA online and reached out to the immigration department a couple of times. The officer was unhelpful and rather really rude when asked for help.
