Been to many embassy and this one if one of the best. Swift and efficient tourist visa application. Took only 20min from start to finish. Staff is polite. Got passport back after 2 working days if u bring an envelope with stamp paid.
Trying to get in touch with the embassy , have tried every single option even the emergency one and no one answers the phone ! What kind of embassy do we have ???!!! Un verdadero mugrero
I was told if any support documents will be required I will get an email, never did only a refuse one. Went back to get my passport and the reason my visa was declined is my work history, I've been employed now 9 months and I have an anual salary of 35k £ + around 10k £ in bonuses. Also I've provided payslips from previous job and only to be told "try again when you will have 1 year history from current job" Wasted my time and money , never going to visit this country. They act like Mexico is so strict and "right" and check every money in and out of my bank account, everyone knows the tickets are expensive so why would I apply for a visa if I don't have money for holiday? Ffs stay away
What a wonderful experience. I was seen at my appointed time for a Visa. This was processed within 3 days. I dealt with a lady called Griselda, who was amazing. Thank you all for your first class service.
Near impossible to find the information needed. Only hope is other websites who have reviewed immigration and entry laws and rules, but to then find the appropriate place for a Brit or another nationality is impossible. Website is so bad - it is enough to just move onto the idea of going somewhere else if the Embassy has such a low opinion of itself and other nationalities interested in Mexico. Really poor.
very poor customer service,no regard for people's time and money. We've rang the consular in london almost a week without responce. They wont see you nor talk to you without appointment. we have already booked our holiday and flights yet no way forward for the visa. Hopefully there's someone professional enough to attend to us asap please. Thank you.
Very, very good. Answer emails quickly, very informative and helpful. Willing to listen to your problems and try to suggest solutions. Having GREAT problems with Jamaican Embassies (worldwide) to get marriage certificate Apostille. No-one answers at all, so it's a great pleasure dealing with the Mexican Embassy
