    A budget hotel, just 18 mins from Legoland Windsor, in dire need of a clean and refurb. It’s a drab and dirty place. For experienced travellers it’s worth £50 a night, but anything more it’s an insult. It has good parking and triple rooms but it’s so dirty I think most people will freak out. There was a thick layer of dust in most surfaces other than the bedside table and desk. Linen and towels were clean. Mattresses battered. It’s creaky as hell; at 5am you’ll be woken up by any movement upstairs or next door. Rooms also had a strong musty smell. Please ignore fake reviews claiming this to be a great and clean place. If they’ve not left lots of reviews elsewhere, they’re fake. **Edit: after I left my review, the owner replied with a racist and dishonest response. I asked for two extra pillows and was given one, not 6. The room was not left in a state of disrepair (but was in such a state as per my review). They also claimed that it smelt of Pakistani food as I am of Pakistani origin and must smell of Pakistani food (this makes sense for the Indian owners, I suppose). No food was consumed in our room at all, on account of my review that it was filthy and unfit for food consumption. We've stayed in plenty of hotels as my reviews show. The response from the owner tells you all you need to know about the hotel. Perhaps more time is required on dusting and less on trolling. Daily, all rooms receive comprehensive cleaning. As a courtesy, we provided six extra pillows, supplementing the six already on the bedding. Our staff was dismayed to find your room in a state of disrepair, including an unpleasant odor of Pakistani takeaway food!!! It seems this is your inaugural experience bringing your family to a hotel, and they were notably overwhelmed. You should not be allowed to stay in any hotel."

    I come regularly to visit my children and stay here. The rooms are a little dated, but don’t let this put you off because the beds are super comfy as they have recently changed them all. I had a fantastic nights sleep. The staff are always very welcoming, helpful and polite.Parking is great and I think the price is extremely reasonable for what you get here. This is always my first choice when I come back to Bracknell.

    The room was a little tired decor wise and the bathroom door needed a good scrub down from previous customers hand marks. Thicker pillows needed, had to use the extra blanket under the pillows. Other than that, the place was great. Staff were so helpful, pleasant and polite. Breakfast was brilliant. Tasty, on time, plenty of choice. I would definitely stay again.

    In response to the owner who replied to my first review. Hello Mr Onwer, nice to virtually meet you. First of all my name is Naiko, not Saiko. Second of all I’m flattered to think you deem my age to be that of a teenager. I’m actually 30 years old. So thank you for the compliment on my youthful looks. Third of all, I had called the front desk on the day on my departure about the issue. Following this I had emailed the address provided to me by your front desk operator (who I have to admit was very friendly). I then followed up with a second phone call to check my email had been received and dealt with. I had hoped that sharing my feedback may result in a problem solving approach. Nothing came from this and quite the opposite has happened. My feedback is far from senseless. In the contrary, it is quite accurate as an expression of my experience. This can be seen clearly since it seems I’m not the first one to have raised the cold shower issue. So it seems the senselessness is yours for not fixing this issue after it having been brought to your attention several times. The only lack of sense on my part was to have failed to look up your reviews before booking. To add to this, it seems like educating yourself on what social media is might be a smart idea before using this argument as a misdirected personal insult. May I also bring awareness to the fact that not only am I using the said “social media platform” , but you yourself are now engaging on it by replying. So it seems all generations use this platform to communicate. Moreover, by intending to insult me, you are also insulting all your other customers who have used this platform to provide honest feedback of their experience. This shows a clear lack of self-awareness, tact and care for your clientele. Google reviews is not a social media platform, it is a formal and public platform to advertise your business, giving clients an opportunity to leave honest testimony of their experience. I took this opportunity to do so. It has not been welcome. Any business owner with sense and a proportionate ego usually invites customers and clients to leave reviews based on their experience, then takes action on the positive and/or negative feedback. Finally, your overall rating is distinctly below average, thus, it seems “the senselessness” you have directed at me could perhaps be a projection of your own character. It seems you have taken my blunt and honest feedback as a personal remark since your reply consists of personally insulting (although mistakenly) me and trying to belittle me. If you cannot take your reviews objectively and implement this to improve your business, maybe consider removing yourself from the social media platform of Google. Very unprofessional.     This hotel has a lot of character. If u want a fancy chain hotel then it's not for you but it's warm, comfortable and the staff are great. Anything and everything I asked for was provided. Don't understand the reviews about bad service... Everyone I spoke to over the 3 days was lovely. WiFi was excellent too! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the room service food wasn't that great but it was hot and readily available. I'd definitely book again when I'm in the area.

    The fact that you do not acknowledge my response or booking just shows a poor business and poor organisatuinal skills! I stayed two nights with my daughter in room 10, had stodgy burnt chilli on 1st night. As you had taken full payment when I arrived I said I would settle food bill when I checkout but you took payment of the food using my card without my prior knowledge or permission. I only found this out two days later when I came to check out. Your receptionist said you took the payment as you were going away!!! I can provide proof of the booking from the confirmation you sent and also my bank statement which IV sent over to Google to review and verify my review!!!! Your absurd claims are nonsense!!!! Appalling customer service!!! Be careful as this owner will use your card and take money as and when he chooses in your absence and without your permission!!

    We were 'upgraded' to a room with a cold shower, charged extra for parking, and the staff were uncompromising with their service. Unsafe electrical sockets, and a broken bed held up by bits of wood. Just stay somewhere else
