Easy check in. Room was comfortable for a overnight stop between places. When we went for breakfast they could not seem to locate that i had prebooked and paid for breakfast. Luckily i had my receipt so they could not argue but it was still alot of fuss that was not required. I booked direct via premier inn website.

Staff very welcoming. Excellent location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good with an excellent variety of food. The chef was very accommodating cooking different types of eggs to order.

We stayed for 3 nights in the run up to Christmas and had a lovely stay. Our room was great, and there was excellent water pressure in the bathroom (always a concern for us ladies when we know we're going to need to wash our hair at some point). Despite both check-in machines being out of order on arrival, Joe was on duty and he was extremely friendly and welcoming and we had a lovely stay.

Came here for Xmas eve. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Special mention for Loki at breakfast who made us all feel welcome with great service. Christine the chef served a great English breakfast with a smile!!! All round one of the best Premier Inn in the UK

Despite the self check in machines being out of order, Joe was super friendly and helpful and got me checked in really quickly. The rooms were clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean but with some flaking paint on the skirting boards. Breakfast service was also very friendly and served with a smile (I'm sorry I didn't get the ladies name though). Good location and easy parking.

I've stayed here several times. The rooms are always clean, and staff helpful. My main complaint is that the rooms aren't well soundproofed so it's pot luck whether you get a noisy neighbour. This seems a particular issue in the accessible rooms which have a (locked) connecting door.

We always love a good Premiere in, and this was no different. Lovely staff and very helpful with supplying us with what we needed through our 5 nights stay. We had a family room for 4, and one problem, which was quite a big one for us, was that there was no ability to to open the windows, and the air conditioning was not sufficient in supplying the room with fresh air, and for the regulations of rooms with no windows, there where no ventilation. So the rooms windowsill and bathroom was mouldy, and the wood raised and saturated with water. We had to put a towel down in both rooms to keep dry. 5 nights in this, with two small kids, made us possibly ill, as we now all suffer from chesty coughs, as a result of not being able to air out the room. We did mention it to the desk, and the advice was to turn the air conditioning on, but on cold air whilst not in the room. Which didn’t make any difference. So watch out for rooms where the windows do not open. Kind regards

Ideally situated given my requirements. Rooms were of a good condition, clean and of decent proportions. Very few staff around when I stayed but I did notice a full carpark so only assume the hotel was busy. The restaurant was quiet when I visited but the food was good and the menu was identical for a Premier Inn not associated to a Beefeater (et-al) All in all, a pleasant stay and if the need arises, would deffinately stay here again.

We stayed here for a couple of nights this week and had a thoroughly enjoyable time of it. All the staff we met were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as you come to expect at a Premier Inn. No frills, but everything you need for a few nights, and clean. Bed was very comfy and we slept well. The self-serve breakfast is good, and I'm sure it encourages people to overeat! I don't know why people don't use the provided tongs when handling the breads and pastries - the tongs are provided for a reason. And it would be nice if parents kept an eye on their kids who I saw rummage through the croissants, presumably looking for a 'big one', and then cough over them. The car park is at the rear, but you need to walk round to the main front entrance with your luggage as there is no direct way in from the car park. And the free wifi did everything we needed of it, including watching streamed video. We used this Premier Inn as a base from which to visit a few of the local tourist attractions, and it served us well. It's about a 15-20min walk into the centre of Fleet where we found a good selection of restaurants, and ate at two of them.
