   A little oasis on our cycle from London to Bath. Lou and Tom are wonderful hosts, the room is clean and cosy, and the cottage is right next door to a nice pub. What more could you want?! Perfect.

   Lou was a wonderful host! Her house is beautiful. The room was lovely and very clean, and had everything in it that one would want. The breakfast was delicious and Lou and her husband were so friendly and welcoming. Would love to stay here again. Will need to start planning reasons to be in Theale!

   We stayed here with my daughter after her graduation from Reading University. It was a lovely surprise as 10mins drive from the busy roads of Reading was this besitiful and tranquil bnb and even more excellent close to a very good pub serving very good food. Lou and Tom owners of the bnb made out visit so special and comfortable, providing a really good breakfast and also an early good vegetarian breakfast for our daughter. The rooms are quirky and very comfortable the place was lovely and quiet. I would love to come back here as it was such a lovely place and even more lovely hosts. I'm so glad I found this bnb it was a heavenly heaven. Anna Adrian and Helena Payne

   This is in a beautiful location. The Owners/Host’s are extremely friendly and obliging. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for a decent B&B in this area, you need not look any further.
