   Central location, close to West Quay shopping centre and Ocean Terminal. I stayed for a week whilst at work. Service was excellent but I recommend booking a table if you plan to eat there too, especially if there is a Ship departing in the morning as it was VERY busy when this happened. Menu was surprisingly varied and everything I had throughout the week was lovely. Happy Hour from 5-8pm was good value for drinks. Rooms were clean and shower was powerful. Staff were really friendly and welcoming too

   Loved our 2 night stay here. Ideal location, nice bar and comfortable atmosphere. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast nice but dinner food not great and more expensive than the quality. Plenty of places to eat closeby. Staff are amazing and very helpful. Special shout out to Sue and Elle who made our stay much more enjoyable and were always highly attentive and lovely. Great service. Would definitely stay again. Recommend.

   We stayed one night post cruise, we arrived by coach and drop off was a 10min walk (max) with luggage. We arrived early and paid £15 for early check in, the staff was helpful polite & friendly even offered us a late check out the next day at 1pm. Our room was very clean, comfortable, modern and bed very comfortable and the shower pressure was perfect we couldn’t fault it. (Room 202) Has coffee & tea facilities but not a fridge, you can get extra condiments in the foyer also. We also pre-booked our taxi using the taxi phone located near lifts, for the next day. We had breakfast included and it was perfect for us. Hotel located right behind West Quay Shopping Centre and walking distance to Old Southampton Wall. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

   We stayed her for three nights for a 'city break' and were very pleased with everything. We had a large room which was very clean and with a comfy bed. Bathroom was a good size, and I think you could have got three people in the large shower!! This Premier Inn is very conveniently located for the Westquay shopping centre as well as for museums and art galleries, and easy walking to some excellent bars and restaurants. We hadn't booked breakfast, but on the two mornings we chose to have breakfast they had no problem seating us. The cooked breakfast is excellent value at £10.99 - good food, and plenty of it. Parking is very close by at the Westquays multi-storey and it's a level and easy walk. The car park is £15 for 24 hours, and you may leave your car there over multiple days/nights with the total charge payable on exit. If you're looking for somewhere decent to stay for a night or two in Southampton, then this Premier Inn should be considered

   The room was very nice, modern clean, well appointed and, most importantly, quiet! Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful and good is good and reasonably priced, especially breakfast. The hotel is very well placed, especially for the boat show.

   Really goof location, close to town. We had a perfect room, clean and very comfortable beds, very quick, easy check in, staff we're helpful and polite, I stayed here with children and everything was perfect, room was ready bang on 3pm. We will definitely be coming back! Can't recommend enough for families.

   We have stayed here more than 15 times pre-cruise as it has the closest location to all the many facilities of West Quay shopping centre and in turn all the entertainment of Southampton. It is great value as the taxi from the the set menu or if you want more choice their larger menu. You can easily upgrade the breakfast deals to include an evening meal at a discounted package price, which we chose to do, and it was good value. I won't quote a price as it might become outdated depending on when this review is read, but it is good value for the convenience of staying in the hotel on a cold, miserable night. The staff are welcoming and the rooms comfortable. If you want an early check-in or accessible facility, the staff will always try to accommodate your request if they are not too full. You will not find this hotel on the usual comparison sites but you can contact the website or hotel directly. It is always very good value for the price and very competitive depending on your preference

   Great location for an overnight stay before a cruise! There is a Small grocery next door, shopping across the street, lots of restaurants. Close to the cruise ship port. Taxi to the port for two with luggage was 10P with tip. Breakfast was very good, and can be purchased when you book online. The employees are very helpful and cordial. Great overnight stay!

   Even with 2 large ships in port, the staff here stumbled over themselves to take care of us. Our room was nice and the staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, we were not there long enough to check out the restaurant except for grabbing a quick cup of coffee while waiting for our cab. I would definitely stay here again.

   A standard Premier Inn. You know what you’re going to get, which is good. Check in was a nightmare. They have these self check in machines but it wouldn’t work for us. There was one member of staff helping people to manually check in and the queue to check in was huge. We had two tired children with us so this process could have been a lot smoother. Parking in the multi-storey next door is good. Shopping centre next door is incredible, 5*. We had stayed here in 2017 and our room had a really cool view of the sea and the cruise ships coming to port. This year, we were sad to see that another hotel had been built in the way and you can no longer see the sea from this Premier Inn.
