   Tucked 3-min away behind Lyndhurst high street, the great thing about the accommodation is the location and the ease with which one can take a stroll down the high street; go into the local shops and hire a bike etc. We stayed in the apartments and while spacious, were dated in terms of decor and lain with carpet in the lounge area and the bedrooms. I also went to speak to them to request additional bedding at the reception, but it was unattended for a while. I think the place is in need of some modernisation and more care with regards to cleanliness etc.

   Decent place to stay with families. No lifts so you have to carry your luggage. Buffett breakfast is available but you need to ask for everything which I found very unusual and uncommon. But overall the experience was okay.

   I rented the family room (double with single bed), was a great half-way stop off location for a New Forest hike. Very close to local restaurants and had parking. Breakfast was great too with coffee and a full English breakfast included. A very affordable price too.

   We stayed only one night in a family room. Very spacious room with a double & two single beds. Large bathroom with bathtub\shower. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. We had a good night's rest. Breakfast was excellent, just the right amount to fill you up, but not make you feel stuffed. Would definitely recommend, very convenient location, with plenty of parking. No lift, so expect to go up some narrow staircases.

   My husband and I stayed just for one night a couple of weeks ago but would definitely stay again when visiting the New Forest. We mentioned we were celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary and were treated to a bottle of wine delivered to our room. The staff were lovely, all very welcoming, Susan was the main lady who was so friendly . By the time we left, it felt like we'd known her for ages. The room was clean and bright . Also noticed it was a dog friendly place to stay. Well recommended.

   We stayed here for our first anniversary, I asked for balloons and chocolates in the room and this was no trouble. Dogs welcome and treated to a sausage for breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou everyone.

   Absolutely love this place! Stayed last year for 1 night and fell in love with it then so came back for 2 nights this year...the staff are fantastic and super helpful, the breakfast is amazing and perfect to get you going for the day, the rooms are beautiful and cosy with everything you need! Plus easy access parking. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Will be back again next year.

   I stayed overnight (Christmas eve) in a standard, single room. Although small, there was a double bed ! I cannot fault it at all. The room & bathroom were both clean and enough of all needed. A surprisingly well stocked hospitality tray too. Only downside was the bedside light chord was too high to reach whilst in bed. The breakfast was delicious. Staff, super friendly and I will definitely return.
