   Stayed the night here with a friend. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Rooms are beautifully decorated, service is lovely, breakfast and the soup were delicious! Home made biscuits in the room and fresh milk were great touches. Service was friendly and helpful. Will definitely return!

   A perfect example of how to exceed customer expectations. Small details like a bottle of fresh milk in the room fridge, and a nespresso machine instead of instant coffee, make a difference to the sense of "being looked after". Our room was cozy and quirky as you'd expect in a centuries old thatched cottage, and more lovely for it (mind your head if you are tall though!). The breakfast menu was about as perfect as it is possible to be, and that it was all included in the room fee is frankly incredible. We are already planning a return visit. Please keep doing what you are doing TCH!

   Great location to explore the forest. Room had great character with the bathroom well appointed. Mind your head on the low beams. The breakfast was excellent, served by friendly and helpful staff. Didn’t have chance to taste the array of cakes in the tea room - maybe next time.

   We enjoyed an overnight stay at this lovely hotel. Our ground floor room was delightful and spotlessly clean, with tea and coffee facilities. Parking was easy too. The breakfast, which was made to order, was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. We would definitely visit again!

   Lovely hotel. Very helpful staff. Our room was very nice. Breakfast was beautifully cooked. Also very nice to see a dog with it's owner. We don't have a dog but are great animal lovers. We will certainly be visiting again.

   My friends and I went for afternoon tea today and it was delicious. All so fresh, the scones had just been baked and we're lovely and warm, gorgeous sandwiches, really nice lemon posset and black forest cake to die for. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us bringing more tea and cream. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to you all.

   We went for afternoon tea Sandwiches were freshly made a totally delicious, generous amount of filling. Cakes made on site and were scrumpy, light and fluffy. No skimping on the cream and jam for scones. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend

   Very friendly and helpful staff. My wife had a blister and staff gave her a number of plasters. We had two dogs, which were able to join us in the breakfast area. A beautiful village with good areas to walk, lovely pubs and a wonderful teashop.

   I was lucky enough to be treated to a gin flight voucher for my birthday at The Thatched Cottage hotel. For various reasons we had to move the date a few times and the staff were always helpful and understanding and accommodated the date changes. The gin flight was well worth the wait! Super, knowledgeable staff and a lovely location sitting in the pretty garden in Brockenhurst. Would thoroughly recommend.
